/G~~ <br />RESOLUTION 7l~-2b <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REQUEST OF THE LARPENTEUR RESOLUTION 7l~-26 <br />MANOR APARTMENTS TO INSTALL FIRE LANE STGNS AT THEIR LARPENTEUR MANOR <br />O4JN ~~~ FIRE LANE SIGNS <br />Councilman Labalestra seconded the foregoing Resolution, and upon a <br />vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Steele, Ecklund, and Labalestra, and <br />the following voted against the same: None. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, to approve SUMMER <br />the employment application and requirement format of the Summer RECREATION <br />Recreation Director. Motion carried. DIRECTOR <br />Governor Anderson~s letter, considering Mrs. Jerry Jenkins to the <br />post in District No. 2 for the redistricted Metropolitan Council, <br />was read and noted by Mayor Warkentien, <br />Miss Kathleen O~Brien~s letter, 163l~ North Snelling Apt. 5, was <br />read in portion, and it was noted that it had been referred to <br />the State Fire Marshal. The Council requested Clerk-Administrator <br />Barnes to write a letter. <br />Attorney Kenefick noted that Falcon Heights had been servbd with <br />four claims imrolving policing, and he stated that he had been in <br />contact with Captain Spencer who felt that there was no real <br />difficulty with these claims of police over-reaction. <br />It was noted that the State Statutes on Misdemeanors, Chapter 609, <br />would be brought up at the next Council meeting. <br />Engineer Lemberg suggested that the Council tour the new Park and <br />Recreation Building on December 30, 197? at 7:00 p.m. <br />Councilman Steele requested that the report of the Tree Committee <br />be put on the agenda for the next meeting. <br />LETTER FROM <br />GOVERNOR ANDERSOr <br />MRS.
