Also that nurseries and green- <br />houses shall be considered as single fami:Ly units and <br />that commercial users with private wells or private <br />water systems, shall be required to provide a <br />metering device suitable to the village engineer <br />so that proper sewage rental can be charged. <br />Stone moved, seconded by Strandquist that sewer rental <br />rates be established as outlined in preceding paragraph. <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor <br />of same; Warkentien, Stone, Black and Ecklund and <br />Strandquist, and the following voted against sames <br />None. Turner then revie~ared portions of written proposed <br />Unmetered agreement with Saint Paul and as pertains to unmetered <br />sewages portion of village sewage flow, he stated that 300 <br />. gallons per day for homes and 200 gallons per day <br />' per apartment unit is estimated discharge flow, and <br />charges are to be made accordingly. <br /> He stated further that with regard to property along <br /> Cleveland Avenue, it ,appears that St. Paul. (in proposed <br /> agreement) has eliminated the University ~>roperty from <br />Sewer in area of the Village sewer system. Ecklund moved, seconded by <br />Cleveland Avenue Black that the village engineer be author3.zed to write <br />from Larpenteur the University of Minnesota to find out if' they intend <br />to R.oselawnt to use the sanitary sewer which is presently extended <br /> to approximately 700 feet east of Clevelar,.d Avenue on <br /> Larpenteur Avenue, and also as to future c.evelopment <br /> plans adjacent to Larpenteur and Roselawn directly east <br /> of Cleveland Avenue. Inquiry shall also be directed to <br /> Saint Paul as to the intent of contract or agreement as <br />' written and what provisions, if any, are included for <br /> sewer service in this area, <br />Discussion was held regarding over-payment to Sa3.nt <br />Paul and the credit due Falcon Heights, and it_,was <br />Over-payment to recalled that council had agreed it best to take the <br />Saint Paul and credit due and app~.y it to the front end of St. Paul <br />Credit due to contract, thereby reducing future payments by whatever <br />Falcon Heights: overpayments have been and cut amount down on future <br />payments accordingly.
