Swenson has made application <br />to the Village of Falcon Heights for a variance permit <br />to allow for the construction and location of a garage <br />at 1?~36 West California, which property at the present <br />time is zoned R-1, with a rear yard setback of two (2) <br />feet instead of the required thirty (30) feet, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights has <br />referred said request for a variance. permit to the <br />Planning Commission of the Village of Falcon Heights <br />and said Planning Commission has approved said variance <br />request by a report dated April 17, 1968, a copy of <br />which is on file in the Clerkts office and incorporated <br />herein by reference, and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of <br />Falcon Heights has reviewed the request for a variance <br />permit and has reviewed the report of the Planning <br />Commission <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village <br />Council that <br />1.
