Zoning <br />Ordinance be and is hereby continued until Wednesday <br />evening, July 31, 1968 at 8s00 P.M. <br />Motion was duly seconded by Ecklund and upon a vote being <br />taken the following voted for sames Warlcentien, Black <br />and Ecklund and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon it was declared the motion was passed. <br />James Boyd, Jr. Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Variance and Conditional adoptions <br />Use Permits - 1800 West <br />Larpenteur Avenue: WHEREAS, James H. Boyd, Jr. has made application to <br />the Village of .Falcon Heights .for (1) a conditional use <br />permit to construct two apartment buildings, each building <br />to consist of eighteen units on property presently described <br />as 1800 West Larpenteur Avenue, which property at the present <br />time is zoned B1 A and pursuant to Ordinance 61~ as amended <br />by Ordinance No. 71, a conditional use permit is required <br />for the construction of an apartment building in a B1 A <br />district, and (2) a variance permit for aside yard set <br />back of ten fee t. instead of the required 132 feet, and <br />__WHERF~AS, the Village of Falcon Heights has referred <br />said requests for conditional use permit and variance <br />permit to the Planning Commission of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights and said Planning Commission has approved said <br />conditional use permit and variance request by a report <br />dated July 2~., 1968 a copy of which is on file in the <br />Clerks Office and incorporated herein by reference, and <br />1 <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights has reviewed the request for variance permit and <br />and conditional use permit, has reviewed the report of <br />the Planning Commission and has conferred and consulted <br />with said applicant personally <br />
