Anklan, P.E., County Engineer, gave <br />Apartments - authorization to construct a median opening and driveway, <br />Median Openings close the existing median and undertake appurtenant <br />work on Larpenteur Avenue west of Fry Street. <br />Metropolitan Letter from Metropolitan Section of the League of Minn. <br />Councils Metro. Municipalities dated August 7s 1968 stated in part that <br />Sever Plant Metropolitan Council adopted preliminary concept plan for <br />providing sewer services in the entire metropolitan <br />area. Administration advised that 1967 edition of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1967s Statutes is available. Black moved, seconded by <br />Ecklund that one copy of Minnesota Statutes 1967 <br />Editions 2 volume set, be purchased at a cost of <br />$l~0.00. Ayes: Warkentien, ffiack and Ecklund. Nays None. <br />Motion was carried. <br />St. Paul~Association Letter from SPARC advised of a meeting to evaluate the <br />for Retarded Children: program conducted this summer, and invited interested <br />persons to attend. Letter was not received in time to <br />notify council members, therefore, no council member attended. <br />
