i <br /> 2883 <br />Blight Violation: Mr. and Mrs. Hermes were present to request that something be done <br /> about the blight and boarder problem at 1715 St. Marys. The home <br /> is only a one-family dwelling and presently there are two boarders <br /> in addition to the owner and her three boys living under the same <br /> roof. Mrs. Hermes presented the Council with pictures of the gar- <br /> bage. It is picked up once a month and during the rest of the time <br /> it sits in paper bags in the backyard for dogs to tear apart. <br /> Ecklund will talk to Bert Slama, Village Inspector, to remedy <br /> the blight situation. The Attorney will look into the matter <br /> of boarders in a one-family dwelling. <br />Closure of Escrow Letter dated April 21, 1969 from American National Bank & <br />Account on Sari- Trust Company along with a check for ~3,07i~.67 which represents <br />tary Sewer Improv. the cash balance left after closure of the Sanitary Sewer Escrow <br />~l: Account. This money will be deposited in Account t~. <br />Resolution from Letter dated April 21~, 1969 frcan Tr~h.ite Bear Lake recommending <br />TrJhite Bear on adoption of a resolution similar to theirs regarding Solid Waste <br />Solid Waste: Disposal. No action was taken. <br /> <br />f~ <br />Village Bulletin: Suggestion was made to publish a Village Bulletin containing <br />burning, blight and fire resume.
