The home <br /> is only a one-family dwelling and presently there are two boarders <br /> in addition to the owner and her three boys living under the same <br /> roof. Mrs. Hermes presented the Council with pictures of the gar- <br /> bage. It is picked up once a month and during the rest of the time <br /> it sits in paper bags in the backyard for dogs to tear apart. <br /> Ecklund will talk to Bert Slama, Village Inspector, to remedy <br /> the blight situation.
