Stone moved that in the matter of the billing to the Village for its share the Village Ebgineer and Village Attorney be authorized to negotiate with the City of St. Paul to further reduce the Falcon Heights share which is $11,536.58 as shown in the letter of lO-10-69 from the Public Works De~partmeut.
