/ o/~ 3/ f ~92~ <br />Arundel Street Sewer Engineer Lemberg read a letter from the City of St. <br />Repair Costs: Pavl Public Works Department regarding Falcon Heights <br />share of the Arundel Street Surer Repair charges. <br />Stone moved that in the matter of the billing to the <br />Village for its share the Village Ebgineer and Village <br />Attorney be authorized to negotiate with the City of <br />St. Paul to further reduce the Falcon Heights share <br />which is $11,536.58 as shown in the letter of lO-10-69 <br />from the Public Works De~partmeut. Seconded by Black <br />and motion carried. <br />Joe Prifrel~ Agent, Mr. Joe Prifrel was present and agreed to present to <br />Teamster ~ s Union #1149 s the ess~ployees the proposed terms for the year 1970 <br />contract. <br />Parking Problem at Residexits living on Iowa near Hemline Avenue are com- <br />Iowa and Haml3.ne plaining about the cars parked 3n front of their homes <br />Avenues by shoppers to the stores 3n the area. Ecklund will <br />study this problem before a further can be <br />considered by the Council. <br />Hamline.Avenue E~agineer Lemberg reported that the contractor is start- <br />Watermain Pro~eat: ing onthe Hemline Avenue Watermain Project this week. <br />Computerizing Clerk Taylor wi11 contact Mr. Robert D. Milne and <br />Sewer Billing: Associates to inquire about computerizing sewer billing <br />costs and operations for the Village. <br />Ordjxiance No. 97: Warkentien moved that we adopt Ordinance No. 97, AN <br />ORDINANCE REGULATII+~ THE OPERATION OF THE MtTNICIPAL <br />SANITARY SEWER SYSTII~I. Stone seconded and motion <br />carried. <br />Reconsideration of Black moved that we reconsider the application for <br />Conditional Use Permit: conditional use permit for Stanley Schultz, 1725 Fry <br />Street. Mr. Schultz says he has an oral p~nit for <br />occasional use of University of M3.mlesota road to come <br />in to the rear of his property. Seconded by Warke~atien. <br />Stone abstained. Motion carried. <br />Black moved that Mr. Schultz be granted approval of his <br />request for conditional use permit accord3.ng to the <br />plans submitted with the provision that, except for the <br />purpose of loading and unloading the vehicle, it shall <br />at all times be parked in the carport and not-`:3.n the <br />ea3.ert3.ng dr3.veway.
