2986 <br />Conditional Use Black moved that the Village Attorney be instructed to <br />Request -Falcon prepare a resolution denying the Falcon Oil Company acon- <br />Oil Gompat~y, ditional use permit to construct a car wash on the property <br />1350 West at 1350 West Larpenteur Avenue, said resolution to refer to <br />Larpenteexr Avenue: the report of the Village Engineer, the report of the Mid- <br /> west Planners, the report of the Falcon Heights Planning <br /> Commission as well as all other material which has been sub- <br /> mitted and which is pertinent to the request for denial. <br /> It is requested that said resolution make reference to the <br /> density of the traffic on that property noting the density <br /> of the lot and also noting the proximity of the residential <br /> area and refer to the public health, safety, comfort and <br /> convenience, with the understanding that the other reasons <br /> to support this resolution have been discussed and are not <br /> to be eliminated by mere failure to mention at this time. <br /> Warkentien seconded and the motion carried. <br />Uniform License Black moved that the Village Attorney be authorized to <br />and Fee Schedule draft an ordinance adopting the Uniform Building Code, <br />for Building : Volume #1, by reference, setting the fees as modified, to- <br />gether with a building inspection fee schedule as enumerated. <br />Stone seconded and the motion carried. <br />License and Fee Black moved that the Village Attorney be authorized to <br />Schedule Changes: prepare a fee schedule and amendment to the ordinances re- <br /> lating to the following subjects proTriding changes to fees <br /> and bond requirement: Gas & Heating, Plumbing, Water Con- <br /> nection, Sewer Installation, Gasoline Filling Station, Car <br /> Wash and Cigarettes. Stone seconded and the motion carried. <br />Contractual Street Warkentien moved that the Village Engineer be au#~arized to <br />Maintenance Bids: finalize the plans and specifications for contractual street <br /> maintenance for 1970, and prepare advertisement for the bids <br /> to be opened on Ju~.y 9, 1970. Stone seconded and the motion <br /> carried. <br />Hamline Avenue Engineer Lemberg reported that the Contractor for the Ham- <br />Cleanup: line Avenue Watermain Project has started cleanup of the <br /> area. <br />Bills: Stone moved that the ffilowing bills be paid: <br /> Falcon Heights State Bank -May FWH 20l~.20 <br /> Commissioner of Taxation -May 5WH X9.50 <br /> State Treasurer -May PERA 115.00 <br /> Briggs and Morgan -May Legal Services 960.00 <br /> Bonestroo, Rosene, Ander].i.k & Assocs. 1l~8.00 <br /> (April Engineering Services) <br /> Donnor Communications -Batteries- parts & labor 170.35 <br /> (F.
