BE IT ?'ESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, TRinn- esota; (1) The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereb~r declared to be ~8,87G..13. The assessment is to be based on °2.50 per front foot for abutting property owners. (2) The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such im- provement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessments in his office for public inspection.
