Public Hearing On motion of Nilsen, seconded by Stone the Council Crawford-Pascal recessed at 8:00 for a public hearing regarding the Improvements street improvement of Crawford Avenue from Simpson to Pascal Avenues, and Pascal Avenue from Crawford to Larpenteur.
