199 <br />WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing <br />through two weekly publications of the required notice <br />was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 26th <br />day of June, 1963, at which time all persons desiring <br />to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of Falcon Heights: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Council resolution adopted May 22, 1963. <br />2. Bonestroo, ftosene and Associates are hereby <br />designated as the Village consulting engineers for <br />this improvement.
