All ayes. <br />Redtisood Fence s <br />WHEREAS, the Owner of Lot 7, Crossroads Addition to the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, ~irmesota intends <br />to present an application for building permit for the <br />apove-described area, which is zoned B-2, and <br />WFIF~FiF~AS, said building permit application will be for <br />the construction of a six-foot redwood fence on the North <br />and West side of said lot, <br />N0~', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Zoning <br />Administrator and Building Inspector shall issue permit <br />conditioned on the followings <br />1. Complaints have been received <br />regarding Idle holes and bad condition of the alleys; <br />Requisition for supplies Purchase Requisition No. 183 for coats, boots, etc. was <br />from Fire Department: presented to Gouncil. Stone moved, Warkentien seconded <br />that this be al.lo~ed. All ayes. <br />Petition for Curb and Stone moved, Warkentien seconded that the petition for curb <br />(}utter on California: and gutters on California Avenue betb~een Ham7.3.ne and Albert <br />be referred -bo the village attorney for adequacy of the petition. <br />
