Correction has been <br /> made and above amount has been deleted. <br /> Justice of the Peace Dwain L. Jones has signed his oath of office and same <br /> Bond: has been filed with the Secretary of State and the Ramsey <br /> County District Court. Warkentien moved, Nilsen seconded <br /> that the following Resolution be approved. Carried. <br /> WHEREAS, Dwain L. Jones, who was ap pointed Justice of <br /> Peace for the Village of Falcon Heights on September 11, <br /> 1963 has presented. a form of corporate surety bond to the <br /> Village of Falcon Heights, and <br /> WHEREAS, said bond is in the amount of X1,000 and has <br /> been approved by the Village Attorney as to form, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the surety bond <br /> furnished by Dwain L.
