Thomas 2057 Knapp <br />Refinancing of <br />$525,000 Suer Mr. Bob Sander of Juran and Mooc~r was present and recapped <br />Bonds: various details regarding the refunding of the $525,000 <br />Senrer Bonds of 1957 and refinancing of same. He advised <br />that ire have approximately 134 interest saving, which is <br />above some of the figures that other communities have done. <br />This 3sicluded the fact that Jvran and Moody pay the printing <br />and legal expenses an the neR bonds and there is no fee on <br />that at all... That firm. did not increase by one penny for <br />thirteen years the annual .amount that has to be paid on the <br />refunding bonds as against the original bonds.
