There will be no additional <br />cost to the Village or to the affected lot ovrners for this <br />Change. <br />Sevrer & Watercnain Mayor Nilsen will .prepare a statement for the nevrspapers <br />Improvement 1963: regarding the present construction project and will advise <br />people about plans for sodding, repaving streets, trenches, <br />Sodding,dust, etc. Plans for finis are to complete in the spring, inas- <br />etc. much as Engineer deems it inadvisable to try to do it now. <br />Attorney Galvin <br />Lindig Pro3ect: Council was advised as to the circumstances surrounding the <br />one .foot buffer Zone, and it appears that Bianchi will not <br />sell same to Lindig. It was the attorney's recommendation <br />that the Agreement (as referred to in previous minutes) be <br />dropped. There was considerable diseussior- about this <br />pro3ect, and the Village Attorney was instructed to bring in <br />the Agreement as originally approved. <br />LJ <br />Robert Hall Store - The Village has been contacted by this firm about being open <br />Sunday opening: on Sundays before the holidays such as Christmas and Easter, <br />for about tRO to three months. Idr. Moscow has stated he x111 <br />agree to whatever the Village has as its policy. It appears <br />that Sunday opening is contrary to State Lava, but it has not <br />yet been determined whether the laav is constitutional or <br />unconstitutional. The Village Attorney will advise Robert <br />Hall Store that the Village does not have a policy, hanrever, <br />the Council does not encourage opening on Sunday. <br />Change of Venue: IIpon inquiry by Warkentien, Galvin advised that the Statute <br />gives absolute right to indiv3.duals for change of venue. 7S' <br />defendant demands a fury trial, it would take mo'~re time to set <br />up a Jus tics of Peace trial. <br />Bi11s: Mortensen moved, seconded by Stone that the fo]lovvurg bills <br />be paid.
