Motion was made by <br />Stone, seconded by ~larkent3.en that this matter be tabled. <br />Motion carried. <br />Burning at Standard Deputy Clerk was instructed to forward letter to Standard <br />031 Station: 031 Staten at 169? North Snelling Avenue calling their <br />attention to the bumi.ng ordinance inasmuch as they are <br />violating same by burning in container without cover. <br />Sanitary Sewer Rate Mayor Nilsen stated he had attended luncheon meeting on <br />Study: July 8 with representatives of Greely and Hanson, the. <br />engineering firm conducting study of sewer rates. He was <br />advised that the final report will be r~ de ready by August <br />1st. <br />Error in printing - Letter of June 26 from Mrs, Frances Berdie of the Planning <br />Ordinance 6l~: Commission stated that Section 11.2 (2.6} of Ordinance 64 <br />reading as follows should be corrected: <br />"Each parking space shall be not less than nine (9) <br />feet wide and twenty (30) feet in length ." <br />Deputy Clerk was instructed to correct this to read - (20) ' <br />feet on copies of the ordinance. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Attorney Calvin's <br />Reports Galvin has sent proposed tree trimming ordinance to Village <br />Tree Consultant, Dr. Gus Hard, for his recommendations. <br />Tree Trimming <br />Ordinance: It was the attorney's recommendation that the permit fee <br />should be paid by home-owners in cases where no plumbing <br />Plumbing Permits permit was obtained from the Village of Falcon Heights <br />not obtained prior to connecting to city water.
