2152 <br />lot to purchasers, Joseph Bianchi or his successor in <br />interest shall create a ten-foot wide easement over the <br />easterly property line of the new lot, all as showm on the <br />above-referred-to survey. <br />3. Joseph D, Bianchi or his successor in interest <br />shall also create a twenty--foot wide easement over the <br />westerly portion of the proposed new lot all as shown on <br />the above survey for boulevard and street purposes. <br />~. The proposed easements shall be created by such <br />instruments suitable for recording to be prepared by the <br />Falcon Heights Village attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the fore~;oing resolution <br />was duly seconded by member Black and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Nilsen, ~Iortenson, ~~farkentien, Stone and Black; the <br />following voted against the same: none. Y~hereupon said <br />resolution was duly declared passed and. adopted. <br />Complaint of H. Per. Harry PaDelford was present to register complaint against <br />PaDelford -182l~ No. his neighbor at 182$ Simpson - John Hussman.
