2206 <br />N0~'l, THEREFORE, in accordance with the Laws of <br />t:~iinnesota Chapter 20.13 (subdivision 3), and the laws <br />amendatory thereto, be it resolved: <br />1. The minimum amount of the assessments for <br />local improvements to be certified to the <br />Ramsey County Auditor for inclusion in <br />computing the minimum amount for which said <br />parcel may be sold at public or private sale <br />pursuant to statute is as .follows: <br />X39.59 <br />2. A copy of this resolution certified by the <br />Clerk shall be delivered to the Ramsey <br />County Auditor upon its adoption by the <br />Falcon Heights Village Council. <br />~dotion was seconded by Vtarkentien and upon a vote being <br />taken, the resolution was adopted this 27th day of January, <br />1965. <br />Fire Department - Strandquist moved, seconded by Stone that the Fire <br />First Aid and Department be authorized to procure the services of <br />Rescue Course: Jack Yost for the purpose of conducting a first aid <br />and rescue col.rse. Fire Engineering " ~' " 5,00 <br />Burglaries: The burglary of Delarned's Beauty Shop and Falcon Heights <br />Pharmacy induced discussion regarding the hours between <br />1:00 A."~i. and 7:00 A.DF. when there is no police officer on <br />duty. tiYarkentien will contact Police Commissioner Don <br />Arndt in an effort to find solution, and report at next <br />meeting. <br />Falcon Heights Church Black moved that the Falcon Heights Congregational Church <br />Parking Lot Drainage: be reminded by letter regarding the problem of drainage <br />in the pending area. P,lotion seconded by Nilsen and carried. <br />Citizens Recreation The Citizens Recreation Advisory Committee was informed <br />Advisory Committee: by letters of Jan uary 25 that it has been revised on a <br />smaller scale. Tt is na~r based upon one representative <br />from each of the geographical areas involved. The work <br />on the council level has been divided into three parts <br />(1) site planning and procurement, (2) physical plant <br />construction and maintenance, and {3) activities program <br />and supervision. <br />
