2213 <br />Proposed Ordinance The following resolution was introduced by Black who <br />No. 71 - Amending moved its adoption. <br />Ordinance No. 6l~s <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that Falcon <br />Heights Ordinance No. 6!t makes no .provision in <br />Public Hearing either Section 10 or Section 11 for a conditional <br />Sch®duled use for multiple dwellings as permitted and regulated <br />in the R-3 districts, and <br />WHEREAS, this has been called to the attention <br />of Howard Dahlgren, Planning Consultant at the time <br />of the adoption of said Ordinance 6l~, and he advised <br />that these two omissions were inadvertent, and <br />WHEREAS, proposed Ordinance 71 has been drawn <br />correcting the above-mentioned two omissions, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights has met and has concluded that said <br />Ordinance 6!t of this Village should be amended to <br />includ® multiple dwellings, as permitted and regulated. <br />in both Section 10 and Section 11, <br />NONt, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Village <br />Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota that a Public <br />Hearing be held on said proposed Ordinance No. 71, <br />Amending Ordinance No. 6~. entitled n The Zoning <br />Ordinance of Falcon Heights, Related to a Comprehensive <br />Amendment and Rezoning of the Village Amending Ordinance <br />No. 8 Originally Passed by the Village of Falcon Heights <br />on October 21, 1919." Said Public Hearing is to be <br />held on Wednesday, Burch 10, 1965 at the Village Hall <br />at 8:00 in the evening. <br />The foregoing motion was seconded by Stone and upon <br />a vote being taken, the folla~ing voted for same: <br />Nilsen, Strandquist, Stone, Black and Warkentien, <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon the foregoing resolution was adopted by <br />the Village Council. this 17th day of February, 196,5. <br />Engineer's Reports As requested at a previous meeting, the price for <br />Decals eight more decals was obtained and it was X68,00 <br />Purchase of The water pump is in such condition that it can no <br />New Water Pumps longer be repaired, and engineer advised that a new <br />one mounted on rubber wheals at a cost of about X387 <br />could be obtained. Stone moved authorization for <br />purchase of a now water pump, as per specificiations <br />recommended by engineer. Motion was seconded by <br />Strandquist and carried. <br />
