Volunteers to help in <br />the program wi.11 be under the direction of the <br />counselor, Robert Sonstroem, <br />Improvement #65-1 The following resolution was introduced by Black, who <br />Northeast Area Storm moved its adoptions <br />Surer s <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted May 5, 1965, <br />a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene and Assoc., <br />Village consulting engineers, with reference to the improve- <br />_ went of the Village of Falcon Heights by construction of a <br />northeast area storm suer, encompassing that part of the <br />Village bounded by Roselawn, Hamline, Larpenteur and <br />. ~, Snelling Avenues, by cons truc tion of a storm sewer drainage <br />^~ area and this report was received by the Council on May 26, <br />U" y 1965 <br />!~ ~ NOtN', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />'', ~ p~h VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIC,~ITS: <br />1 <br />-~N' ~~ 1. Council will consider improvement of such area in <br />~" accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting and <br />non-abutting and benefited properties in the drainage area <br />for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br />to Minn. Statutes, Secs. 129.011 to l~29.111 (laws 1953, Ch. <br />398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement <br />of X98,230.00. <br />2,A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 30th day of June in the council chambers <br />of the Village Hall at 8s00 P. M. and the Clerk shall give <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law, <br />Motion was duly seconded by Stone and upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted in favor thereon: Nilsen, Strandquist, <br />Black and Stone and Warkentien anal the following voted against <br />lames None. Whereupon the resolution was. adopted by the Council <br />this 26th day of May 1965. <br />Bilks Strandquist moved, seconded by Stone that the following bills <br />be paid.
