Motion carried. <br />Pruning and Stone moved, seconded by Strandquist that the Village <br />Cabling of Council authorize Dr. Hard to make arrangements to have nine <br />Trees: trees pruned, install one cable and remove hanging limbs on <br /> two trees as recommended by him and listed in report. Motion was carried. <br />Art Lindig Request Council reviewed the informal plans and data submitted by <br />for Subdivision of Art Lindig for subdivision of land, Same were returned to <br />Land: Lindig for compliance with the recommendations of the council <br />before preliminary plan is §ubmitted for review by the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Black moved, seconded by Warkentien that Engineer Lemberg <br />be authorized to review plans and data with Lindig before <br />submitting to the council in a preliminary form. E, Area Storm The following resolution was introduced. by Stone who moved <br />Sewer Improvement its adoptions <br />65-1: <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council <br />Resolution on November 2~, 1965, the Village Consulting Engineer retained <br />Approving Plans for the purpose has prepared plans and spec if ications for <br />Specifications the improvement of that portion of the Village of Falcon <br />& Ordering Heights bounded by Roselawn Avenue, Snelling Avenue, Hamine <br />Advertisement Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue by the construction of storm <br />for bids sewer drainage area (Improvement 65-1) <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are <br />on file in the Village Clerk's Office and made a part hereef <br />are hereby approved. <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the official paper and in the Construction <br />Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improvement under such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement shall be published for two weeks, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be <br />received by the Clerk until 10:00 a, m. March 30, 1966 at <br />which time they will be publicly opened in the Council <br />chambers of the Village Hall by the Village Clerk and <br />
