2351 <br />on the proposed variance upon the comprehensive plan, <br />and has concluded that the granting of said variance <br />and conditional use permits is not detrimental to <br />Larpenteur Manor, Inc. the health, safety or general welfare of the community, <br />nor will it cause serious traffic congestion, nor <br />Construction of hazards, nor will seriously depreciate surrounding <br />Apartment Buildings property values, and the same is in harmony with the <br />general purpose and intent of the ordinance of the <br />(continued) comprehensive plan, the Village Council approved said <br />conditionaluse and variance permits, subject to the <br />followings <br />1.All plans for landscaping, parking lots, <br />surfacing and fencing will be presented as a separate <br />plan by Larpenteur Manor, Inc. and will be subject to <br />all the existing and hereinafter enacted ordinances of <br />the Village of Falcon Heights, <br />2, The building permit will be subject to the <br />joint approval of the Building Inspector and Village <br />Consul tin g Engineer after reviewing the final plans of <br />said project, <br />3. A pool license will be applied for separately <br />under the provisions of Falcon Heights Ordinance No, 65. <br />!t. A7.1 final grades and elevations for said project <br />are to be determined by the Village Consulting Engineer. <br />5. Consideration in granting said building permit <br />will be given to the recommendations of the Planning <br />Commission that relate to the exterior in that the <br />garage conform to the decor of the principal building. <br />6. The maximum width of all automobile entrances <br />to and exits from said project to Larpenteur Avenue <br />will be 24 feet, in compliance with provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 6l~. <br />s <br />Motion was duly seconded by Warkentien and upon a vote <br />being taken, the resolution was declared passed and <br />adopted this 2l~th day of March 1966. <br />Board of Water The Board of Water Commissioners of Saint Paul has <br />Commissioners submitted a proposed contract for water service to <br />the Village of Falcon Heights. Said proposed contract <br />is subject to the review of the members of the Council <br />before action is taken. <br />Dogs at 1701 Holtons Clerk was instructed to direct communication to Gary <br />Langseth at 1701 Holton regarding his dog and the many <br />verbal complaints that have been received as to the <br />viciousness of said dog. <br />Purchase of U. 3.
