2370 WfiEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village of Falcon Heights described as follows Beginning at the Northeast corner of Larpenteur Avenue and Albert Avenue, thence Easterly in a line parallel to Larp- enteur Avenue 50.28 feet, thence Northerly in a line perpen- dicular to Larpenteur Avenue 172.60 feet, thence Easterly in a line parallel to Larpenteur Avenue 246 feet more or less, thence Northerly in a line parallel to Albert Avenue 681 feet more or less, thence Westerly in a line parallel to Larpenteur Avenue 491.73 feet more or less, thence Southerly 705 feet more or less, thence Westerly in a line parallel to Larpenteur Avenue 45.7 feet more or less, thence Southerly in a line perpendicular to Larpen tear Avenue, thence Easterly in a line parallel to Larpenteur Avenue 292.30 feet more or less to the point of beginning. by the construction of a storm sewer drainage area to assess the benefitted property, whether abutting or not, for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws of 1953 as amended.) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: 1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all conven- ient speed, advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether' it should best be made as provided or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement. 2. The Council wi11 consider the improvement of said area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefitted property, whether abutting or not, for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Statutes Section 429.01,1 to 429.111 (Laws of 1953 as amended) at an estimated total preliminary cost of ~1.,000.f~O 3. A public hearing will be held on said proposed improvement on dune 8, 1966, in the council chambers of the Village of Falcon Heights at 8:00 P,M. and the Clerk sha11 give mai]e d and published notice of such hearing and improve- ment as required by law. Adopted by the Council this 11th day of May 1966. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Strandquist and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereons Nilsen, Strandquist, Black, Stone and Warkentien and the following voted against sames None. Whereupon said resolution was duly declared passed and adopted.
