The street is involved here, too, but the council would not want to state at this time what the proportion of assessment would be. Whaleys I bought 1~2 lo~.ds of dirt brought in to get up to Larpenteur Avenue level. My property is high enough ncsw so I don't get much water. That water doesn't come from the street, it comes from east of us. A11 we would have to do is run a dike down the back end of our lots and let Hamline Avenue keep their water over there. Gene Piche Regarding the method of assessment. It is ~' assumption that 1758 .A.7-bens the improvement would be paid for 100 by the abutting property owners on Albert. The drainage problem is not on the deeper lots. I am a little curous for the differential assessment for the deeper lots as opposed to the Larpenteur Avenue lots.
