The advertisement shall be published for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, and. shall state that bids will be received by the clerk until 10:00 A. M, on August 3, 1966 at which time they will be publicly opened in the council chambers in the Village Hall by the Village Clerk or his deputy and the Engineer, and will then be tabulated and considered by the council at 5s30 P.M. on August 3, 1966 in the Council chambers, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashiers check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5% of the amount of such bid. Engineer stated that this pro3ect Albert Avenues will not remedy any water problems the residents on Albert may have in their back yaxds - this project is not intended to drain the back yards* Biller Strandquist moved that the following bills be paid.
