Residents are all being informed <br />that the sod will be watered down once by the Village <br />or contractor and after that it is the responsibility <br />of the home owner to water. It stated that said Corrunission <br />recorranends that Lindig~s proposed subdivision of <br />property be approved subject to approval by the Village <br />Council after Public Nearing. <br />V. E. Anderson I am interested in whether the council has considered <br />1707 N. Fairview .we. the need for a back alley or lane going in between the <br />lots where we are - off Fairview Avenue and those that <br />come off Lindig Avenue. There has been some talk about <br />establishing some common back lot line. <br />Galvins ~Pe have had a previous sub-division here. Mr. Bianchi <br />made a request for previous subdivision and council had <br />reviewed at that time and I believe a lot line has <br />beeh estabsYsed between the b3ndig Street and Fairview <br />
