2l~7.3 <br />Planning commission and considered the effect of <br />such variance on those factors set forth in Ordin- <br />ance 6l~, Section 16.4 (!~), <br />1 <br />NOPI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village <br />Council. of the Village of Falcon Heights that the <br />variance requested for the construction of a 6' <br />fence along the east property line of applicant be <br />granted, subject to the following conditions <br />(1) the fence to be no more than 6 feet in <br />height and to comply with the provisions of other <br />applicable Village ordinances; <br />(2) the southerly extension of said fence to <br />terminate on the east-zest line established by <br />applicant's present chain link fence; <br />{3) applicant to maintain reasonable space <br />east of said fence to enable him to maintain and <br />repair his fence without trespass; <br />(!~) surface water drainage from applicant's <br />property to the east to be controlled by an appro- <br />priate wash or other structure to be located on <br />applicant's property. <br />1 <br />1 <br />The foregoing motion was seconded by Stone and upon <br />a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of <br />same: Strandquist, Warkentien, Stone and Black and <br />the following voted against same: None. 1Nhereupon <br />said resolution was adopted this 27th day of July. <br />Salary Increase Due to increased work coming from the Traffic Violations <br />Deputy Clerk: Bureau, Stone moved, seconded by Black that the council <br />authorize an increase in the Deputy Clerk and Deputy <br />Treasurer salary from X370 per month to ~~.00 per month <br />effective August 1, 1966 and consideration be given as <br />of January 1, 1967 for another X15 increase. Ayes: <br />A11. Nayss None. Motion was carried. <br />Salary increase Due to increase work coming from the Traffic Violations <br />Assistant Deputy Bureau, Stone moved, seconded by Black that the council <br />Clerk and Assistant authorize an increase in the Assistant Deputy Clerk <br />Deputy Treasurers- and Assistant Deputy Treasurer salary from X110 per <br />month to X1.20. Ayes: All. Nays s None. Motion was <br />carried. <br />Bills: Strandquist moved, seconded by Black and carried that <br />the following bills be paid: <br />Briggs and Morgan - Legal for June $399.00 <br />Blomberg Pharmacy - Film 1.96 <br />N.
