2l~1.8 <br />council. and have agreed to certain conditions and <br />restrictions; <br />NOS, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILL&GE <br />COUNCIL of the Village of Falcon Heights, that said <br />license shall be issued conditioned on the following <br />restrictions: <br />1. The licensee will provide a uniformed <br />employee to direct traffic at the entrance of said <br />car wash and filling station on Larpenteur Avenue on <br />Fridays and Saturdays and on such other days and times as <br />may be needed. <br />2. The metal fence paralleling Larpenteur Avenue will <br />be cut back approximately feet to facilitate the entry <br />of automobiles into the car wash from the entry area. <br />3. A speed lane will be created giving unimpeded <br />access to the car wash premises for automobiles not <br />purchasing gas. <br />!t. Lanes and areas will be appropriately marked <br />by signs indicating the speed lanes and entrances. <br />5. The lot area will be surfaced, said surfacing <br />to provide for adequate drainage. <br />6. Additional employees or attendants will be <br />employed to insure that multiple lines of automobiles <br />entering the car wash premises will be adequately <br />alternated to insure no interference with the Larpenteur <br />Avenue traffic. <br />7. Final plans to be subject to the approval of <br />the Village Consulting Entineer and a copy of said plans <br />is made a part of this resolution by reference. <br />Upon a vote, the foregoing resolution was <br />Adopted this tenth day of August 1966, the vote showing <br />the following in favor: Nilsen, Strandquist, ti~iarkentien <br />and Stone and the following voting against: None. <br />Public Hearing Continued <br />Subdivision - Lindig's Continuation of Public Hearing on Subdivision of Lindig's <br />Addition No. 3s Addition No. 3 was approved by Resolution at the council <br />meeting of July 27, 1966, therefore, Bearing was called <br />to order at 8:00 P.~. with interested parties present. <br />Mrs. Emil Anderson, 1707 Fairview stated they had contacted <br />to buy the lot in question ever since they moved into <br />their home, but had not done anything about it since the <br />last meeting of the council. <br />doe Bianchi 1~Vhen my land was subdivided, you set an easement.
