2.20 <br />plat, the council having held a public hearing <br />pursuant to notice and Ordinance on July 27, 1966 <br />and continued the same until August 10, 1966; <br />NOW, ',EHEREFORE, HE IT REiOLVED BY THE VILLAGE GOUNCIL <br />of Falcon Heights as follows: <br />1. Sand preliminary plat be and is hereby approved <br />by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights <br />subject to the insertion therein of a five foot ease- <br />ment for drainage and utilities commencing at the junction <br />of the Bianchi French-Lindig property lines, thence <br />running in an easterly direction parallel to the <br />northerly line of said Lindig plat to the easement <br />located and shown on -the easterly line of said plat. <br />2. Submission to the council fvr final approval <br />of the final plat pursuant to ordinance. <br /> The motion to adopt the foregoing resolution was seconded <br /> by Stone and upon a vo to the following voted for same: <br /> Nilsen, Strandquist, Stone and ~~farkentien, and the <br /> following voted against same: None. Whereupon said <br /> resolution was adopted this 10th day of August 1966, <br />Roberts Apartment Mrs. Anderson inquired a'~out the Roberts property and <br />Buildings at 18.5 and why trees have not been planted as planned. Clerk read <br />1855 West Larpenteur letter addressed to John Daubney, attorney for Roberts, <br />,Avenue: from Village Attorney Galvin which stated in part that <br /> Adlr. Roberts has failed to comply with some of the <br /> conditions pertaining to the granting of the building <br /> permit and has made no efforts to comply with the <br /> reasonable and valid requests of the Village of Falcon <br /> Heights. This communication dated August ~., 1966 also <br /> stated that council will reconsider this matter on <br /> August 10 and if Mr. Roberts has not made arrangements to <br /> satisfactorily correct these conditions and comply with <br /> regulations of the Village, the council will authorize the <br /> Village Attorney to proceed to enforce the existing village <br /> ordinances. <br />after discussion, Strandquist moved, Stone seconded that <br />the Village Attorney be instructed to proceed to enforce <br />the existing Village Ordinances as stated in above- <br />mentioned communication to attorney Daubney. Upon a vote <br />being taken, the following voted in favor of same: Nilsen, <br />Strandquist, Warkentien and Stone and the following voted <br />against same: None. Motion was carried.. <br />Spiegler Apartments - After discussion, Clerk was instructed to call ~rlel <br />Fry Streets Spiegler of the Spiegler Apartments 1b87, 1697, 1707 <br />and 1717 Fry Street advising that council requests <br />that the turn-around drive be placed ten feet south <br />of the property line between the apartment at 1717 <br />Fry Street and the residence at 1725 Fry Street. <br />Conditional Use Stone moved, seconded by ~Yarkentien that the request <br />Application - 1875 West for conditional use permit submitted by ~.irs. Arthur <br />Larpenteur Avenue - Lindig, 1875 West Larpenteur Avenue be referred to the <br />Renting bedrooms: Planning Commission for its recommendation.
