Parham Mrs. Harold Stevenson <br />The following resolution was introduced by UVarkentien <br />who moved its adoption: <br />~'~REAS, pursuant to resolution of the council <br />adopted July 27, 1966, a report has been prepared by <br />Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates with <br />reference to the improvement of Hoyt Avenue between <br />Snelling Drive and Hemline Avenue by .the construction <br />of sidewalks; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council thereafter requested a <br />feasibility study on the improvement of the same area <br />of Hoyt Avenue by the installation of curbs and gutters <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, said reports were received by the council <br />on August 10, 19bb, <br />NOb~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VSLI,AGE COUNCIL <br />Of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. Said improvements are feasible and can best be <br />made in conjunction with one another. <br />2. The council will consider the improvement of such <br />street in accordance with the report and the assessment <br />of benefited or abuttingrroperty for all or a portion of <br />the. cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Stets., <br />Secs. l~29.011 to lt29.111 (Lativs 1953, Ch, 398, as amended) <br />at an estimated total cost of the improvement of X6,000.00. <br />3.
