2~.7 <br />Special Meeting of October 1, 1966 <br />The special meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.i'~4. with the following <br />councilmen present: Mayor Nilsen, C1erkStrandquist, Councilmen Warkentien, <br />Stone and Black. <br />Roberts Apartments After review, Black moved, seconded by Nilsen that <br />1855 YPest Larpenteur Roberts Apartments located at 1855~Nest Larpenteur <br />Avenue: Avenue be advised that the Proposed Garage Layout and <br />Screen Planting Scheme, Job No. J72l~, dated September 28, <br />1966 is hereby approved, subject to approval of the <br />Village Engineer and also subject to compliance with <br />the ten foot side lot line requirement on the west side. <br />Motion was unanimously passed. <br />Proposed Addition to Discussion was held regarding building onto the <br />Village Hall and existing municipal building an .addition to house th® <br />Fire Station: maintenance truck, police car and also workshop. <br />~dando Photo After revietiv, it was moved by B7~ ck, seconded by <br />Company - Parking Strandquist to approve the plan submitted by Mando <br />Lot: Photo Company to build parking lot on land recently <br />purchased by them at 17$0 West Larpenteur Avenue. <br />Approval is subject to village engineer's review and. <br />approval. Ayes: All. Nays: None.
