2.65 <br />REGULAR MEETING OF OCTOBER 26, 1966 <br />Theregular meeting was called to order at 7r00 P.Y. with the following presents <br />.Mayor Nilsen, Clerk Strandquist, Councilmen Warkentien, Stone and Black. Also <br />present were Attorney Kyle, Engineer Lemberg,. and Treasurer Olsen.. <br />Minutess Black moved that the ,minutes of the regular meeting of <br />September ].la., 196b be approved. Ayess All. Nays: None. <br />Motion was carried. <br />Stone moved, Nilsen seconded that the minutes of the .regular <br />meeting of September 2$, 1966 be approved. Ayes All. <br />Naysr None. Motion was carried. <br />Black moved, Stone seconded that the minutes of the <br />special meeting of October 1, 1966 be approved. Ayess <br />All. Naysr None. Motion was carried. <br />Nilsen moved, seconded by ~Tarkentien that the minutes of <br />the special meeting of.October 5, 19b6 be approved. Ayess <br />All. .Nays None. Motion was carried. <br />Stone moved., seconded by Strandquist that the minutes of <br />the special meeting of October 8, 1966 be approved. Ayes: <br />All. Nayss None. Motion was carried. <br />Stone moved, seconded by Strandquist that the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of October I2, 1966 be approved. Ayess <br />All. Nays None. Motion was carried. <br />Correspondences <br />Stoss v. Copy of Attorney Kylets letter of October 2l~, 1966 addressed <br />Village of e to Mutual Service. Casualty Insurance Company stated that <br />Falcon heights: Village of Falcon Heights was served with Summons and <br />- Complaints on October 21, 1r9bb in the following actions: <br />Ervin Stoss v. Village of Falcon Heights <br />Dorothy H. Stoss v. Village of Falcon Heights <br />Letter called attention to the ten day time limit within <br />which to ans~rer .the complaints. <br />Application for Having met the requirements, it was moved by Strandquist, <br />Gasoline Filling seconded by Black and carried that Gasoline Filling Station <br />Station Operators Operators License be granted to State Fair :dinit Car Mash. <br />Licenser (This is ..transfer of operations from N._.L. Hermes tolabove.) <br />- Glerk was requested to write letter to new operators stating <br />that station must adhere to plans of operation which were <br />recommended at the request of the council. and were put in <br />operation by former operators. <br />Application for Black introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Variance -Steenberg a,doptionr <br />Construction for <br />~3ando Photo Companyr WHEE~EAS, Steenberg Construction, on behalf of T~dando <br />Photo Company, 1790 ~e3t Larpenteur Avenue, has made an <br />application for variance and filed the same with the <br />Zoning Administrator for the Village of Falcon Heights along <br />
