2.68 <br />Larpenteur- Mayor Nilsen advised the members of the Council that a <br />$nelli.n~ Signal meeting with Ramsey County and State Highway Department <br />Changes officials will be set at an early date to discuss the <br />Larperrteur-Snelling intersection and signal changes. <br />Edwin L. and Elvis After discussion regarding variance application made by <br />Schmidt ~ppl3cation Edwin L. and Elvis Schmidt, 17t~6 N. Albert, council <br />for Variance deem~ed..it advisable to table action on this matter until <br />171u6 N. Albert: inspection has been made of the premises. Such inspection <br />shall be made on Saturday morning, October 29. <br />Preliminary Plans Request for variance of Roy P. Klatt, Administrator of <br />Proposed Plat - Estate of Conrad Klatt i.nvolves,pro~sct between Ruggles <br />Ray P. Klan - and Roselawn Avenues on the street which will be known as <br />RQoselaorn and Ruggles Sheldon Street. Request involved corner lots which as <br />Avenue - per village Ordinance require width of 90 (ninety) feet <br />Application far minimum lot size and request is made for 76.5 feet. <br />Variance: <br />Black stated that Planning Commission recommends to the <br />~- Village Council that preliminary subdivision plans -sub- <br />. witted by ~. Klatt be approved subject to developrnant in <br />such a way that the -lot sizes adhere to village ordinances <br />and the corner lots of this development remain at 90 feet. <br />Black moved that this application for variance and the <br />material attached thereto, and all other pertinent <br />material be referred to the Village Engineer. Strandquist <br />seconded. Ayess All. Nays, None., Motion was carried. <br />Roy P. K1att Black moved, seconded by Nilsen that the request for <br />Properties -Sub- subdivision submitted by Roy P. Klatt, administrator for <br />divisions _ Conrad Klatt Properties, and requ.~st for subdivision <br />. submitted by Nic Pothen~ also be referred to the Village <br />Engineer for his inspection and review and subsequent <br />mitten report. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion eras <br />carried. <br />The above had been referred to the Planning Commission and <br />recommendations are included in minutes of its meeting on <br />October 2I~, 1966 and are made a part of these minutes by <br />reference. <br />Harry Bruncke Letter from Harry P. Bruncke, 1710 N. Albert Street under <br />1710 N, Albert bate of October 15, 1966 has been received and rev3.ew®d. <br />Plot of neon street Same was in reference to subdividing property~bet~reen <br />Proposeds Hamline Avenue and Albert Street and plotting new street, <br />.. pr0sumably to be known as Sheldon Street, running from <br />• Garden Avenue to a cul d® sac north of lot line of the <br />lots facing Larpenteur Avenue. <br />Justice of the Peace Warkentien moved, seconded by Stone that the Village <br />Court Not Guilty attorney be authorized to apps ar and prosecute all <br />Pleas ordinance violations in Justice-Court in which the <br />defendant pleads tNot Guiltq~ and is represented by <br />counsel.
