E, Area Storm accept the pro-rata portion of the cost of the <br />Seer Project 65-1 Northeast Storm Sewer Project 65-1 as provided <br />Actual Cost by the.Vi].lage Engineer, and that the Village <br />Apportionment: of Falcon Heights send billings as indicated <br />(continued) in said report to the Village of Roseville and <br />to Ramsey County. Ayess Warkentien, Black, <br />Stone and Strandquist. Nays: None. Motion <br />was carried. <br />State Fair Mi.nit Black stated that the Planning Commission of <br />Car Nash Advertising Falcon Heights has verbally recommended that the <br />Signs conditional use request of Signerafters Inc. on <br />. behalf of the State Fair Minh Car 1~ash be granted <br />subject to the_Village Engineer's approval. <br />Black moved that .the above stated conditional use <br />request for an advertising sign to be installed <br />between the gas pumps at the State Fair hiinit <br />Gar tiYash be referred to the Village_Engineer. <br />Ayess All. Nayss None. Motion was carried, <br />Robert Hall Store Black introduced the following resolution and <br />Advertising Signs moved its adoptions <br />WH~F.~lS, Urban Sign Company on behalf of <br />the Robert Hall Store at 1639 West I,arpenteur <br />Avenue has made combined application for condi- <br />tional use and variance and filed the same with <br />the Village of Falcon Heights along with the <br />fee of X5.00 and <br />1r~HE {' ,the matter has been referred to <br />the Planning Commission of Falcon Heights, and <br />~7HEL~E,AS, the Planning Commission has <br />recommended that said application be granted, <br />NCA~t, THE~EE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the <br />Village Council of Falcon Heights grants the conditional <br />use and vari.ancd application made by Urban Sign Company <br />on behalf of the Robert Ha1,7. Store on property described <br />at 1639 Vest Larpenteur Avenue within the Village of <br />Falcon Heights, which property is presently zoned as <br />B-2 all under the provisions of Section 16.05 Ordinance <br />No. 6l~. Granting of these combined permits wi11 a11o~r <br />the Urban Sign Company to erect an additional advertising <br />sign to be located on the present sign standard with <br />dimensions of four feet by eight feets and is subject <br />to the permanent removal of the tyro other smaller signs <br />presently existing on the standard at the aite, Motion <br />was duly seconded by Strandquist. Upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor.. thereof s 'U~arkentien, <br />Black, Stone and Strandquist and the following voted <br />against_sames None. ti'Vhereupon it was declared motion <br />was duly passed. <br />
