2560 <br />Lindig Third Letter of May 11, 1967 from H. J. Goldberg, Secretary of <br />Addition: Plat Commission of Ramsey County submitted print of <br /> proposed platting of Lindig Third Addition and requested <br /> information as to action taken by Village Council on same. <br /> Art`Lindig submitted final plat of Lindig Addition No. 3 <br /> to the Village Council for approval.. ~t was noted that <br /> easement requirement, which was indicated at council <br /> meeting of August 10, 1966, has not been met, and no <br /> reference to said easement has been made. Lindig will <br /> be notified that it is necessary to submit a plat showing <br /> a five foot easement running from the northeast corner <br /> westerly to five feet west of the back lot line of the <br /> French-Bianchi property line intersection. <br />Village Hall Lemberg presented report of passible lighting of parking <br />Parking Lot l.ot immediately adjacent to village hall. <br />?r9.ghts s <br />Fire Department Albert Levine, owner of apartment building at 1510 ,Test <br />Inspection - Larpenteur Avenue has been notified regarding fire <br />Irregularities inspection which revealed that the fire door on furnace <br />at 1510 West does not close properly. Subsequent inspections have <br />Larpenteur Ave.t been made and reports show that the unsatisfactory <br />condition of fire door still exists. Stone moved <br />seconded. by Strandquist that this. matter be referred <br />to the village attorney for determination of further <br />action. Ayes: All. Nays: None. Motion was carried. <br />Tennis Courts: There was discussion concerning possible tennis court <br />P sites. Possibilities mentioned were the Falcon Heights <br />Elementary School property, Falcon Heights Congregational <br />Ghurch property north of Garden between Pascal and Holton, <br />and property managed by Stepnitz Agency behind the <br />Northhome Shopping Center. <br />Investments: Warkentien moved, seconded by Black that the V3.l.lage Council <br />authorize the Village Treasurer to invest in government <br />securities an amount up to X27,135.06 from the Northeast <br />Area Storm Sewer Improvement Sinking Fund. Ayes: All. <br />Nayss None.
