2566 <br />Final Plat Stone introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />Lindig~s Addition adoptions <br />No. 3: <br />WHEREAS, Arthur A. Lindig and Lillian E. Lindig have <br />presented a final plat known as Lindig~s Addition No. 3, to <br />the Village of Falcon Heights, and <br />iNHER~.:AS, the Village Counci.l,. of Falcon Heights has <br />referred preliminary plat to the Planning Commission on <br />June 22, 1966 for its study, review and recommendation, and <br />WHEREAS, said Planning Commission has approved the <br />acceptance of said plat to the Village Council, and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to-.due call and notice, Public Hearing <br />was held on July 27, 1966, and continued until August 10, 1966 <br />at which time preliminary plat was approved subject to insertion <br />of five foot easement for drainage and utilities and also <br />subject to submission of final plat for council. approval, <br /> Nil', THER~'ORE, BE IT RISOLVED that the Village Council. <br /> of Falcon Heights hereby approved the final plat Down as <br /> Lindigts Addition No. 3, Falcon Heights, Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota as submitted to the Council on June 8,.1967 and <br /> hereby authorizes the Mayor and Clerk of said Village to <br /> execute said plat on behalf of the Village of Falcon Heights. <br /> Motion for the adoption of resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Warkentien and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follcmd.ng <br /> voted in favor thereofs Nilsen, Stone, Black and d~arkeimtien, <br /> and the follvuring voted against same: None. e'f(hereupon <br /> said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />WaterMain Improve- <br />ment 1963 - Univ. The 1967 Session of the Minnesota Legislature has appropriated <br />of Minnesota. the sum of X10,558.21 in payment of the claim of the Village <br />Assessment= of Falcon Heights against the State for Water r~lain Improvement <br />Legislature and Assessment against the University of Minnesota.. Ptloved by <br />Appropriates Stone, seconded by Warkentien that the Mayor and Clerk be <br />Sum for authorized to sign Release prepared by the Attorney GeneralRs <br />Payments Office, for and on behalf of the Village of Falcon Heights.- <br />. Ayes: All. ,Nays: None. Motion was carried. <br />Julia Lndig~s Art Lindig was advised that with regard to Julia Lindig~s <br />Property: property north of his property up to Roselawn Avenue -any <br /> person interested in buying arty of it should be advised to <br /> come to the Village Council to discuss possibilities for <br /> use of same. Building permits cannot be issued for most of <br /> this property because it is currently needed for temporary <br /> drainage pond. <br />Gottfried Pits Lemberg stated that he had reviewed a preliminary plan <br /> concerning a proposed flume to be installed at Gottfried~s <br /> Pit which would cost about $21,000 and cost would be <br /> shared equally between Roseville, Ramsey County and the <br /> Village of Falcon Heights. <br />1 <br />1 <br />f <br />
