Schifsky & Sons, Inc. 35,021.7-5 <br />Ashbach Construction Company 35,631.35 <br />Hennepin Black Topping Co., In.c. 36,355.36 <br />Pennig Construction Company 37,995.00 <br />and WHLR~:A.S, it appears that Dunkley Surfacing Co., Inc. <br />of Minneapolis, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder, <br />NOf~l, THEREFORE, BE IT R~JSOLVED BY the Village Council <br />of Falcon Heights, Minr~ sofa: <br />1. The Pdayor and Clerk are hereby authorised and <br />directed to ezater into the contract with Dunkl.ey Surfacing <br />Company in the name of the Village of Falcon Heights for <br />the Street Improvement Project 3-67 according to the plans <br />and specifications therefore approved by the Vi7.7.age Council . <br />and on file in the office of the Vi7_lage Clerk. <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to a71 bidders the deposits <br />made with their bids except that the deposits of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be <br />retained until a contract has been signed. <br />Motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Stone and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted for lames Nilsen, Stone and Strandquist <br />and the following voted against samet None. ~ihereupon <br />said resolution was declared duly adopted by the village <br />council this 22nd day of June 1967. <br />Resolution Providing Robert Sander of Juran and Moody, Inc. presented to the <br />for the Issuance and Council a Proposal for Issuance and Sale of X50,000 <br />Sale of X50,000 Improvement Bonds of 1967. After discussion, Stone <br />Improvement bonds of introduced the resolution entitled, Resolution Pro-- <br />1967 and levying a tax viding for the Issuance and Sale... of X50,000 Improvement <br />for the payment Bonds of 1967 and Levying a Tax for Payment Thereof <br />thereofa which is attached-hereto, and moved its adoption. Motion <br />was duly seconded by Strandquist and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted for lames Nilsen, <br />Strandquist, and Stone and the following voted against <br />same: None. Ydhereupon said resolution was declared <br />adopted this 22nd day of June 1967. <br />
