The Pdayor and Clerk are hereby authorised and directed to ezater into the contract with Dunkl.ey Surfacing Company in the name of the Village of Falcon Heights for the Street Improvement Project 3-67 according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the Vi7.7.age Council . and on file in the office of the Vi7_lage Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to a71 bidders the deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. Motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Stone and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted for lames Nilsen, Stone and Strandquist and the following voted against samet None. ~ihereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the village council this 22nd day of June 1967. Motion was duly seconded by Strandquist and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted for lames Nilsen, Strandquist, and Stone and the following voted against same: None.
