S. <br />Sewer Improvement 1963 Treasury Bills to mature June 30, 1968 from the Water <br />Sinking Fund: Main and Sanitary Sewer Improvement 1963 Sinking Fund. <br />Ayes: Warkentien, Stone, Black and Strandquist. Nays: <br />None. Motion was carried.. <br />Don Nelson Mr. and Mrs. Don Nelson were present at request of council <br />1627 Hollywood Court due to oral complaint received regarding rabbits that the <br />Rabbits: ~ Nelsons are raising. Council was recessed so councilmen <br />could view the property and determine if there were <br />violations of village ordinances. After meeting was <br />called back to order, it was agreed_by councilmen that <br />there were no violations. <br />Ordinance No. 80 Due to legislative changes, Warkentien moved, seconded <br />Highways: by Stone that Ordinance No. 80 entitled ~~An Ordinance <br />. Regulating the Use of Highways Within the Village of <br />Falcon Heights Incorporating Provisions of the Minnesota <br />Highway. Traffic_Regul.ation Act and the Minnesota Drivers <br />License Act by reference, imposing Penalties for the - <br />Violation Thereof and Repealing Ordinance No. 72~~ be <br />adopted by the Village Council. pin a vote being taken <br />thereon the motion was carried unanimously. Clerk was <br />instructed to send copy of Ordinance No. 80 to the <br />Ramsey County Sheri.ffts Department calling special <br />attention to Section 5 of same. <br />Acting b7ayor Strandquist moved, seconded by Stone that inasmuch as <br />Warkentien authorized Mayor Nilsen~is absent from this meeting, Warkentien be <br />to sign checks; f authorized to sign payroll checks and that Falcon Heights <br />State Bank be properly notified as to authorized signatures <br />on said checks. Ayess A11. Nays: None. Motion was <br />carried. <br />Engineers Reports Engineer Lemberg advised that the contractor hauling fill <br />into vacant lots No. 7.~ and 15, Barthel Villas has caused <br />Damage is curb and considerable damage to the street. Stone moved, seconded <br />edge of street b Strand asst that en <br />Barthel Villas y q gineer be authorized to arrange fmr <br />repairing the curb and edge of the street.
