2616 <br />Street, Curb and <br />Gutter, Sanitary <br />Sewer and Storm <br />Sewer Imp. 1967 <br />Sheldon Street: <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET, <br />CURB AND GUTTER, <br />S~.'6i~-fir IMPROVEMENTS 1967 <br />(Sheldon Street) <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNS <br />TIME AND PLACE: Notice is hereby given that the Village <br />Council of the Village of Falcon Heights <br />Minnesota, will meet in the Council <br />Chambers in the Villa ge hall in the <br />Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota at <br />8:00 o~clock P.M. on Wednesday, October <br />11, 1967 to consider objections to the <br />proposed assessments for the Street, <br />Curb and Gutter, San.it~wre~--a~el <br />Improvements of 1967 (Sheldon <br />Street) heretofore ordered by the Villa ge <br />Council. <br />1 <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL The proposed assessment roll is on file with <br />OPEN TO INSPECTIONS the Village Clerk and open to public <br />inspection. <br />AREA PROPOSED TO The area proposed to be assessed consists <br />BE ASSESSID: of every lot, piece or parcel of land <br />benefited by said improvements and <br />abutting said Sheldon Street between <br />Roselawn Avenue and Ruggles Street. <br />WRITTEN OR ORAL Written objections filed with the Village <br />OBJECTIONS: Clerk before the time of said meeting and <br />oral objections presented at the said meeting <br />will be considered by the council. <br />Dated this lla.th day of September 1967. <br />!~. Said notices shall be published by the Village Clerk <br />in the official newspaper on September 27, 1967 and mailed <br />notices by clerk to the owners of each parcel described in <br />the assessment rolls shall be sent at least two weeks prior <br />to said hearing. <br /> Resolution was duly seconded by Warkentien and upon a vote <br /> being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Nilsen, S trandquist, Black, Stone and Warkentien and the <br /> following voted against same: None. Whereupon said reso- <br /> lution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />P~+rmanent Voter Nilsen moved, seconded by Warkentien that the Clerk as <br />Registrations Commissioner of Registration be authorized to spend about <br /> ~350.0o for voter registration supplies. Ayes: Nilsen, <br /> Strandquist, Stone, Black & Warkentien. Motion was carried. <br />!t-H Reserve Village The request of Ramsey County ZtH Club to reserve the Village <br />Halls Hall September 26, 1967 at 7:00 P.M. was granted by the Council. <br />Northome Shopping It was reported that Don Julen of the Stepnitz Agency stated <br />Centers that (1) the back parking lot will be done very shorty, <br /> (2) bumpers should be installed on Larpenteur Avenue, (3) <br /> signs showing traffic direction into parking area in front <br /> should be installed. <br />
