Whereupon said <br />resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />Julia Lindigts Art Lindig made inquiry as to possible disposition of <br />Propertys property north of his own that was Julia Lindig~s prior to <br />her death. Counci.~: was of the opinion that at the present <br />time there appears to be no solution. <br />Resolution Calling <br />Hearing on <br />Assessments - <br />Hoyt Avenue <br />Sidewalk, Curb <br />and Gutter <br />Imp. 1967 <br />Arona Street <br />Imp. 1967 <br />Sheldon St. Imp. <br />1967 <br />Sheldon and <br />Hamline Watermain <br />Imp. 196? <br />Stone introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoptions <br />~, the Clerk, with the assistance of the engineer <br />has prepared assessment rolls for the described improvements, <br />and said proposed assessment rolls are on file with the <br />Village Clerk and open to public inspection, <br />NONE, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. The Clerk shall publish notice that this Council <br />will meet to consider the proposed assessmments on October <br />11~ 1967 at 8s00 o~clock P.M. in the Council Chambers in <br />the Village Hail in said Village of Falcon Heights Minn. <br />
