Paragraph numbered 1 of raid aE''rP_enlPr;t, dated January 11, 1967 .Ls amen ~:E=d as t'cllows: The fourth paragraph of paragraph num- bered 1 is deleted therefrom and the following is added thereto: "Three daily ~ hour shifts, during which the County shall operate and maintain within the ccr•porate limits of the Muni- cipality a fully equipped and manned Ramsey County Sheriff's vehicle, manned by a Deputy Sheriff, which vehicle, equip- ment and Deputy Sheriff shall be devoted, except in cases of emergenc~r, exclusively to the patrolling and rendering of police protection within the Municipality, and not elsewhere."
