The assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />System No. 1 approved by this Council on August 15, 1957, <br />be and it hereby is corrected to show that the assessment <br />against the following described property in the name of <br />Nicholas J. Pothers: <br />"Sub to Hamline Ave and Ex N 5~ Ft <br />and Ex S 276 Ft The E 167 Ft of S 1/2 <br />of E 8 Acres of NE 1/~+ of SW 1/~+ of <br />Section 15-2g-23" <br />-- _ _.. _ <br />be .and it hereby is corrected from $3,001.60 to $2,865.76. <br />2. After discussion <br />bZr. Utecht moved that the matter be considered in light of <br />facilities, the St. Paul Ordinance and possible future develop- <br />ments. That Mr. Shavor investigate and report to Council at <br />next meeting. Seconded by Nilsen and unanimously carried. <br />MAYOR & Letter from the University of Minnesota, dated March 25, 26, <br />COUNCIL**,dEri 1958 was read, and after discussion Utecht moved that Mayor <br />SCHOOL Nilsen and Councilman Coppini be sent to the Mayor-Councilmen <br />Classes and that their expenses be paid for March 25th and <br />26th. Seconded by Warkentien and motion unanimously carried. <br />SIGNS The Building Inspector submitted a draxing of a sign that is <br />going on the Lido Cafe Property. Utecht moved that the <br />application for the sign at Lido's be approved. Seconded by <br />Shavor and motion unanimously carried. <br />IlYVEST~IT OF ?yir. Graham's letter regarding investment of surplus funds was <br />VILLAGE read. ~~4r. Olsen will have figures for the February 27th <br />FU~,TDS meeting at which time the matter will be gone into further. <br />
