1 <br />1 <br />Flame- <br />Burger Nick Christensen presented plans for xhich the Flamebuirger wound <br />like a permit. After study, the Council requested the Clerk to <br />call Flameburger and ask them to~write a letter to-the Council out- <br />lining their plans as to parking space and whether the food Ras to <br />be eaten on the premises or taken allay. <br />.~ <br />U. of M. A~+t Lindig requested the Council to write the University of <br />Service ,„ Minnesota asking that they oil their service roads along Larpenteur <br />Roads and those going into their property. <br />San. Mr. Steffes referred to his letter of May 13th, advising that they <br />Sewer were called to investigate the sanitary surer house stub reported <br />Conn. not of sufficient depth to drain the basement for house number 1880 <br />Simpson Street, and recommended that Crogness, the sewer installer, <br />be permitted to hook directly to the sewer line in the street be- <br />cause this would enable him to pick up the necessary pitch. After <br />discussion, it was moved by Nilsen and seconded by Shavor that E. <br />Crogness, the sewer installer, be authorised to make the connection <br />at 1880 Simpson to the main in the street as directed by the Sanitary <br />Sewer Engineer. Crogness to see that the back fill is well compacted <br />and the village to assume the cost of street resurfacing. Motion <br />unanimously carried. <br />San. Sew- Letter of May 13th from Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson & Associates, <br />er Imp. Inc. was read and accepted as written except for the following <br />#1. Part changes. <br />1 & part <br />2. Page 2, paragraph 2, strike out "Or consider extending the culverts <br />to the trees north of the alley." <br />Page 3, item (1), Engr. L3ungren reported he Will get Sina's esti- <br />mate, and then get hin and Gage and Lametti to work out an equitable <br />amount. <br />®~~ <br />Page 3, item 5, paragraph (b) the estimated cost on this item to be <br />approximatelT X200.00. <br />1 <br />#1. Pt.2 Letter of April 30th, from Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson & Associates, <br />Comm 36l~5 regarding Craig Company contract, was read and agreed upon. <br />#1. Pt. 1 Letter of April 30th, from Toltz, Kings Duvall, Anderson, & Associates <br />Comm 36115 regarding the Peter Lametti Construction Company contract was read <br />and accepted with the possible exception of a "Maybe" to paragraph 6, <br />Page 2. <br />Frost After discussion, it was moved by Utecht and seconded by Shavor that <br />Boils item 3 regarding frost boils at Idaho and Pascal, and Idaho and <br />Arona, be referred to L~ungren who advised he could have the work <br />done within a few days. Motion unanimously carried. <br />Gage After discussion, the Council asked Mayor Nilsen to contact Mr. Gage <br />Develop- and tell his they couldn't give him a definite decision by May <br />went 15th. <br />Technical <br />Professional <br />Planning Shavor thinks it might be better to have L3ungren lay out the plans <br />which they had previously considered turning over to Hasbrouck. <br />Utecht feels we need an over-all plan, but if Vern L~ungren can do <br />it, with some technical assistance, it would be fine. <br />
