It was moved by Warkentien, seconded by Coppini and unanimously voted to adopt the $bove resolution as stated and read by Attorney Graham. It was moved by Nilsen, seconded by w"darkentien and unanimously voted to authorize Engineer L~ungren to prepare Change Order #1 eliminating the construction of storm sewers off of the Public Property. It was moved by Shavor, seconded by Vdarkentien and unanimously voted to adopt the following resolution. WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights has purchased the follow- ing bonds of the face value of $150,000.00 of the Village of Falcon Heights Sanitary Sewer System Improvement ~.3ond issue with funds of its sanitary sewer bond sinking fund and has deposited the said bonds with the First National Bank of St. Paul for safekeeping: Amount Rate Serial Nos. Larpenteur Avenue, St. Paul 13, Minnesota. 2) That the safekeeping department of the First National Bank of St. Paul be, and it hereby is, authorized, until instructed otherwise by resolution of the Council, to cancel the bonds as they become due and to forward them to the then Village Treasurer of the Village of Falcon Heights at the Village Hall, 16114 West Larp~nteur Avenue, St. Pain, 13, Minnesota. 3) That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the safekeeping department of the First National Bank of St. Paul, St. Paul, Minnesota.
