Steffes rem d the report of the 'I'~^rin i;ity Testing <br /> Laboratory and promised to have copies made for .7embers of the <br /> Council. Steffes advised that Craig Company will abide by <br /> the reports of Twin City Testing Laboratory which show proper <br /> base material in s,~me places, but indicate that: trapped <br /> moisture prevented proper volatizing. In places where these <br /> conditions exist-, Craig should be able to correct them by <br /> scarifying and re-rolling. 'u`~est of Garden Drive is too high <br /> in fines.
