Craig Company 'oe paid fi7,647.59 rased on <br />Certificate 12, 6th Estimate on Contract dated `'"ay 22nd, <br />1957, out of Construction Fund. <br />It was moved by Utecht, seconded by Coppini and unanimously <br />voted that the Council accept Credit ".'emo iJo. 2 in the amount <br />of X696.99 from the Peter Lamatti Construction Company. <br /> It eras moved by Shavor, seconded by Goppini and unanimously <br /> voted. to pay I~xtra Order No. 3 for Jay ~'~. Steffes advised that Craig Company will abide by <br /> the reports of Twin City Testing Laboratory which show proper <br /> base material in s,~me places, but indicate that: trapped <br /> moisture prevented proper volatizing. In places where these <br /> conditions exist-, Craig should be able to correct them by <br /> scarifying and re-rolling. 'u`~est of Garden Drive is too high <br /> in fines. Shavor thinks we should let ~,"aple Knoll go for a <br /> while and then have it _~enaired on the warranty.
