Treasury Bills maturing January 15th, 1960, through <br />The First National Bank of St. Paul, taking their safe-keeping <br />receipt for the bonds purchased with the understanding that the bonds <br />purchased will be sold in time to apply the proceeds on the January <br />1st, 1960 payment due on the Village of Falcon Heights Sanitary <br />Sewer Bonds and Interest. <br />Investment Letter from E. W. Spring, dated April 21st, was read as follows: <br />Advice E, W.
