In Graham's opinion, no building permits should be issued permitting the use of the land referred to in the petition for any use which would not be permitted if the rezoning were granted, After further discussion, Shavor moved that the Village Council set a hearing for the rezoning as outlined in the petition for June 9th at 8 P, i.2., and directed the Clerk to post the notices at the three designated Hosting places. It was moved by Nilsen, seconded by Warkentien and unanimously voted that the petition be referred to Attorney Graham for checking.
