possibl e. <br />Streets Ljungren advised he had inspected the streets and called the <br />contractor's attention to some locations which needed further <br />work and the con tractor has agreed to take care of it. <br />Falcon Woods Ljungren advised that he had gone into the street situation <br />Streets in Falcon Vdoods No. 2 with Mr. Cage and they feel that, due to <br />the lateness of the season and the fact that there are still <br />gas lines to go in, also that only 9 of the 19 houses are <br />occupied, the best thing to do would be to finish up the gas <br />installations, grade the streets, haul out the clay, haul in <br />gravel and oil it well - leaving the rest of the work go until <br />Spring when they will be assured of a Good street job. Ljungren <br />does not feel it is wise to attempt anything more this Fall due <br />to the lateness of the season and the amount of construction work <br />still to be completed. <br />Permit All requirements having been met, it was moved by Utecht, seconded <br />by Nilsen and unanimously voted to issue General Corporate License <br />No. 75 to Forrest G. Root, Root's Cities Service #7, authorizing <br />the operation of Root's Cities Service #7 Filling Station at <br />1670 No. Snelling Avenue, Falcon Heights. <br />Gas Permit It was moved by Utecht that we purchase from N. L. Splett Co., <br />Blanks St. Paula <br />500 - 3 part gas permit forms for X18.10 <br />500 - 2 part gas permit forms for 16.60 <br />Seconded by Shavor and unanimously carried. <br />Playgrounds Nick Christensen submitted his claim for Building Inspection Fees <br />in the amount of ?6692.55, of which he very generously contributed <br />X307.80 to the Playground Fund to be allocated in such away that <br />all playgrounds will be equally benefited. <br />Bills GENERAL FUND: <br />On motion by Utecht, seconded by VTarken tien, the following bills <br />were ordered paid: <br />Farmers Union GTA water 11/1/55 to 9/1/59 ~ 68.t~9 <br />Brigs, Gilbert, ~Rorton, Kyle & ~dacartney legal sere. 500.00 <br />Nick Christensen, building inspection fees 3$It.75 <br />Nick Christensen, building inspection fees. 192.60 <br />Matina Vavoulis, stenographer 1800 <br />Ethel E.
