<br />Fire There Uras a lengthy discussion regarding the Volunteer Fire
<br />Dept, Department and it was the concensus of opinion that a meeting
<br />should be arranged between the Volunteer Fire Department and the
<br />Council for the purpose of working out -problems involved as soon
<br />as convenient.
<br />Correspond- i,etters from Attorney Graham regarding the sanitary sewer sinking
<br />ence fund, insurance bids, Larpenteur t':venue watermain project and
<br />the ~'ifulk claim were read and discussed.
<br />Insurance The Deputy Clerk eras instructed to contact Bob Johnson, Chairman
<br />of the Insurance Committee, asking him to check the Insurance
<br />Policies as ~,^~*rit,ten by i;%,utual Casualty Insurance Company.
<br />Sewer There was a discussion regarding the advisability of billing the
<br />Rental sewer rep tal on an annual basis as requested by a few residents,
<br />Billing and it eras decided +ha± we should continue billing on the same
<br />basis as St. Paul, and in the interests of better accoun+ing
<br />practices, bill everybody on the same basis - quarterly as in the
<br />east.
