<br />Arc Light Mr. Geisen was advised that when the Deputy Clerk called the
<br />owners of the 3 corner lots at Holton and Ruggles asking
<br />if they were in favor of an arc light, she got a "Definitely no",
<br />"I guess that would be alright" and "I don't see the need for
<br />it, but I'll go along". It was suggested that ?.~4r. Geisen try
<br />to get the written consent of these property owners.
